What Is Red Barn?

For many years, the Red Barn has been synonymous with the duty-free store provided for the convenience of designated personnel related to the ACT Mess – and under recent new management, the Red Barn is set to continue to provide duty-free services for years to come. Come by and meet us during our opening hours or interact with us through our online offering. We look forward to see you!

How Does Red Barn Work?

  • The Red Barn offers duty-free items such as alcohol and tobacco. Duty-free items can be purchased in store during our opening hours or in our online store.
  • The purchase of duty-free items is contingent on membership of the SACT Mess and ID will be required for in-store purchases. For online purchases setting up an approved account is a requirement.
  • In addition to duty-free items the store also sells duty-paid items such as drinks & snacks and emblematics. Mess membership is not required to purchase.
  • Please note the Red Barn is a cash-less store and a debit or credit card will be required to make a purchase.
