The Red Barn is a duty-free shop established under international treaty and bilateral NATO-USA agreements for the sale of duty-free items including, but not limited to, alcohol and cigarettes. The Red Barn is provided for the benefit and convenience of designated personnel regulated through the HQ SACT Officers’ Mess at the direction of the Chief of Staff.

The store is located in building NH-31A, near the shipping dock of the HQ SACT compound at 7857 Blandy Rd, Suite 100, at the Naval Support Activity in Norfolk, Virginia. Shopping can be done in store during the designated hours – or anytime in the web store.
